The purpose of the cultural wizard is to prepare our employees for the fascinating experience of meeting Dräger colleagues from other cultures. The idea is to provide information on local customs and practices in an online setting, allowing employees to prepare in advance for meeting specific cultural groups. It is hoped by doing this you can better understand the people you will meet in the corresponding host country, right from the start.
